1. Agreement to Terms

By using this software platform (“the App Suite”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. BYOK Responsibility

This is a BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) system. You connect your own OpenAI, Claude, or other model provider key to the platform. You are solely responsible for any charges or usage incurred through your own API keys.

3. Platform Access & License

You are granted a non-transferable license to access the app suite for the duration of your subscription. You may not:
- Resell, clone, or repurpose any part of the platform
- Attempt to access restricted backend systems or APIs
- Use the platform for abuse, scraping, or unauthorized automation

4. Data Collection & Usage

We collect anonymized and non-sensitive usage data including:
- Tool usage patterns
- Error reports, performance metrics
- Prompt structures and completion metadata (no raw completions stored unless explicitly agreed)
We use this data solely to improve performance, monitor abuse, and guide development. We do not sell user data.

5. Your Content & API Keys

You retain ownership of your content. API keys are securely stored (if saved) and only used to process your requests. We are not liable for unauthorized charges or misuse.

6. Payments & Access

Subscriptions cover access to the software only. Model usage charges are between you and your model provider. No refunds for active periods unless explicitly offered.

7. No Guarantees

The platform is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee uptime, result quality, or compatibility with future model changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for losses resulting from use of the tools. Maximum liability is capped at the last 30 days of paid access.

9. Termination

You may terminate at any time. We reserve the right to revoke access for violations.

10. Updates

We may update these Terms. Continued use implies acceptance of changes.
